As business coaches we meet with hundreds of business owners every year. And very few exceptions there is one statement we hear repeatedly: “There’s never enough time to do things.” Practically everyone wants to know how to better manage time.
So here’s a hard truth – time cannot be managed.
Each of us get 168 hours each week. No more, no less. We cannot increase the time available. Instead of thinking about managing time we should be thinking about self management. About what activites we should be expending time on and what activities we should drop.
